Always Home prevents the homelessness of over 200 families every year. Over 60% of the total number of family members we serve are children under the age of 18. Generous grants from the R.S. For low-income, working families who are priced out of our region's costly rental housing market, Always Home's below-market-rate housing is an opportunity to improve financial stability, develop good tenancy skills and build savings. Always Home Diverts Families from Shelter with Grant from Webster Bank
Always Home thanks Webster Bank for awarding a $2,500 grant in support of our Shelter Diversion program. Because the trauma of homelessness can have long, lasting impacts on family members, particularly children, Always Home works to keep families out of emergency shelter whenever possible.
